Katherine Durham is an independent board director, start-up advisor and retired C-suite executive. Durham has spent her career in marketing and general management in start-ups to global enterprise companies in technology, insurance and financial services.

Most recently Durham was the Chief Marketing Officer and led a business unit for The Standard, a U.S. based $5B insurance and financial services public company that was later acquired by Meiji Yasuda of Japan. She held the unique dual role of leading all marketing for the company and internal executive communications as well as leading a business unit. She modernized the marketing function, grew record sales in her business unit and was part of the C-suite leading the company successfully through the financial crisis, merger and integration.

Before that Durham was with HP (now HP Inc.) for nearly a decade, leading the marketing for the company’s most profitable division at the time when HP was the largest global tech company. She spent nearly a decade at HP in various marketing leadership roles over strategy, research and analytics, communications, channel marketing, B2B marketing and B2C marketing. This included oversight of an off-shore analytics team.

Prior to HP Durham spent several years in consumer hi-tech start-ups in CMO and General Management roles. Today she sits on company and not-for-profit boards, advises start-ups and is a guest lecturer in marketing and leadership MBA classes. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Rob Leonhardt is an experienced - insights and analytics professional with over 25+ years in technology and telecommunications industry. During his 25+ years of experience, Rob led groups working with internal and external partners to build, develop and disseminate insights and analytics programs to drive business outcomes. Rob has also served as an advisor/consultant to small/medium sized firms providing perspective on market entry strategies and strategic business opportunities.

Most recently, Rob was the Global Head for Marketing Impact at HP. In this role, Rob led a team responsible for measuring marketing’s impact to overall business results in both the short and long-term. The work and influence of the team reached across the organization including C- suite executives to provide insight into marketing’s influence and impact on overall business performance. The work influenced and informed significant investment choices for marketing and other areas across the organization.

Prior to his role as Global Head of Impact, Rob was a Senior Director focused on providing marketing and customer insights to a variety of stakeholders. The work that he led influenced pricing, promotions, product development and overall marketing strategies.

Before joining HP, Rob worked in different industries including telecommunications where he was a research analyst for a firm focused on telecommunications law and industry analysis.

Rob holds a BA degree in Asian Studies from Cornell University and received a dual MBA/MA from University of Oregon.

Peri is passionate about data-driven decision-making and using data science to provide solve complex business problems. Peri has a distinct ability to create a strategy as well as roll up his sleeves to build a model when needed.

As the Chief Analytics Officer at Analytics Genie, Peri is deeply involved in client engagement and partner network development.
